BX Reserve Tank

This may be old news to most of you, but if you start to develop a small fuel leak on your BX1800 or BX2200 models, it is probably coming from the reserve tank on the tractor rather than the main tank. Kubota has an update that remedies the problem. In short, there is an update kit containing a new little reserve tank and a reinforcement bracket that has to be installed. It is no big deal at all, but the reserve tank is hidden enough that some of our customers have mistakenly thought that their big main tank is leaking. At any rate, I thought I would pass this along. Kubota will be sending a letter out to all owners if they haven't already. The update takes about 0.5 hours and can be done at your nearest servicing dealer. Regards,Brady
